Cheese Pav Bhaji...
Ingredients:
- 3 Potatoes (boiled)
- 1 /4 cup Green peas
- 1 medium Capsicum chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic chopped
- 3 Tomatoes , finely chopped
- 2 Onions medium , finely chopped
- 1 tsp Green chilies finely chopped
- 2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
- 2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves kasuri methi
- 4 tbsp Butter
- Grated cheese 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
Heat butter in a nonstick pan . Add chopped onions mix and
sauté for a minute .
Add chopped ginger garlic green chilies ,mix and sauté well.
Add tomatoes, mix and add salt turmeric Kashmiri red chili
powder, mix and cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes.
Add chopped capsicum and peas and mix well.
Now add pav bhaji masala and mix well. Reduce heat and
add some water cover and cook till vegetables are done.
Now add mashed potatoes and mash well with a masher .
Add grated cheese , Mix till the cheese melts.
Add grated cheese , Mix till the cheese melts.
Add some water , mix cover and cook for 5-7 minutes .
Finally add Kasuri methi and mix. Cook for another minute
If you wish , you may add some more butter .
Now heat 1 tbsp butter on a nonstick pan or tawa ,sprinkle
some kasuri methi on it, Cut Pav in a square pieces and place
the pavs and roast them.
Transfer the bhaji in a serving bowl and garnish with cheese.
Finally add Kasuri methi and mix. Cook for another minute
If you wish , you may add some more butter .

some kasuri methi on it, Cut Pav in a square pieces and place
the pavs and roast them.
Transfer the bhaji in a serving bowl and garnish with cheese.
