Chili Paneer

Chili Paneer ...

Ingredients :
For Batter

Paneer 300 gram cut in cubes
Cornstarch  2-3 tablespoons
Cornstarch for coating 1 table spoon
Water
Salt
Oil

Ingredients for sauce:

Oil
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Green chili chopped 2
Celery chopped 1 tbsp
Capsicum 1 cut in cubes
Onion 1 cut in quarters
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Green chili sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet and sour sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar
Salt
Cornstarch 1 tbsp (cornstarch +water mix) cornstarch slurry
Spring onion handful

Procedure :

For coating paneer add cornstarch water and salt to a bowl mix well and set aside.

Add the cornstarch to the paneer cubes and coat well pour over the  prepared batter and mix well coating  all the paneer cubes evenly .

Deep fry the coated paneer cubes till light golden .

Now heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic celery . Mix well and sauté for a few minutes.

Add onions and capsicum sauté till onions are fragrant .

Add soya sauce and green chili’s and sauté for few seconds.

Now add green chili sauce sweet and sour sauce and mix well.

Add some water and cornstarch slurry cook till the sauce thickens.

Add the Paneer cubes and spring onions  mix well .

Serve immediately.
