Peshawari Chappli kabab

Peshawari Chapli kabab...

Ingredients :

Chicken/ mutton / Beef mince 1 kg
Chopped onion 1
Ginger Garlic pst 1 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 3-4
Hard boiled egg 1 chopped
Egg raw 1
Tomato 1 chopped deseeded
Tomato slices
Coriander leaves chopped
Corn flour / chickpea flour ( besan )2 tbs

Chapli kebab spices:
Dry roast Black pepper 1 tsp, 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds,1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp anchor pwd , 5-6 red chili, 4-5 cardamom, 5-6 clove ,
cinnamon 2-3


Procedure:

In a large bowl mix together chicken mince onion ginger garlic pst green chilies
coriander leaves raw egg chopped boiled egg chickpea flour salt 1 tbsp oil.

Set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hrs.

Now add chopped tomatoes.

Now divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties. Place
a tomato slice in the center and press .

Heat some oil in non stick pan .Place patties in it and fry till fully cooked and
 evenly done from both the sides.


Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
