Sizzling Gola Kebab

Ingredients :

Mutton mince 1/2 kg
Egg 1
Ginger Garlic pst 1 tbsp
Bread crumb 1 tbsp
Green chili pst 1/2 tsp
Raw papaya 1 tsp
Beresta 2 tbsp
Garam Masala Pwd  1 tsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Mace Nutmeg pwd 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves chopped
Oil
Sliced Onion

Procedure :

In a bowl add everything with 2 tsp oil and mix it well.Keep in the refrigerate 
for  4 hrs.Now make the round kebab on seekh and fry with sliced onion
 untilGolden brown .
