Chicken Cutlet...
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 300 grm
Potato 2
Ginger Garlic pst 1tsp
Red chili pwd 1tsp
Turmeric pwd 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Hot spices pwd 1/2 tso
Chopped green chili 3-4
Chopped onion 1
Chopped coriander leaves
Egg 2
Breadcrumbs
Oil
Procedure:
Marinate the chicken with turmeric pwd , chili pwd , salt , pepper , ginger garlic pst and mix well.
In a pressure cooker add little water add chicken pieces and potato cubes.
Pressure cook the chicken piece along with potatoes .
When the chicken and potatoes are cooked
Shred the chicken in to small pieces.
In a pan add some oil add fennel seeds, chopped garlic ginger green chili and chopped onion.
Sauté till its transparent .
Add chicken and potato and mix it.
Mashed the potato add hot spiciest pwd ,salt , chopped coriander and mix well. Cutlet filling is ready .
Make Patties.
Dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
Refrigerate the cutlet for 30 minutes .
Deep fry till light brown in color.
